WiFi has moved put of homes and offices into industry. Today entire industrial areas and even underground mines have WiFi coverage. ElectroTech is naturally keeping pace with developments by adapting our traditional RFID tags to connect directly to WiFi networks instead of using intermediate readers. The first WiFi tags have been developed and are already being used for identification and positioning of people, vehicles and objects in mines and tunnels. More industrial WiFi tags with various sensors will follow.
